History and About

Kringle Danish Bakery has been serving Bents Green since 2022 and Hillsborough since 2024. Providing fresh, traditional, artisan pastries and breads, with space out front to sit and enjoy a coffee made with their own locally roasted beans.


Founded by Dorthe and Chris, alongside their two sons Thomas and Jack, Kringle quickly became a popular every-day spot for locals and in just over a year their team of 4 became a team of 20.


Well-known for their much loved ‘Swirl Wednesdays’, where all of their cinnamon, chocolate, almond and many more flavours of freshly-baked swirls can be bagged for just £1.50 each, Kringle is Bents Green’s go-to for all of your carby needs.
